The base movement is the same, the three-hand automatic El Primero 3620, but one of the first things you'll notice is the placement of the 1/10th of a second sub-dial (driven directly off the watch's 5Hz escapement) has moved to six o'clock and the date has disappeared altogether. The crown, however, remains at the normal three o'clock position. The movement has a 60-hour power reserve.</br> But in the luxury realm in which this watch exists, the soberness and other things I mentioned need to be extremely refined.However, the micromechanical "organism" link named GNS1 took just five years to evolve into GNS2 — not unlike a tuatara.Norqain definitely gets some heat for its new releases, but that's the same for pretty much any brand. As a new(er) brand, with this level of power behind its movement manufacturing, I certainly won't be the one to count it out. Hindsight is 20/20, and while these particular models might not be for me personally, I see a trio of fun, capable, everyday watches looking for someone ready to zig when everyone else is zagging.The SKX007 measures 42.5mm x 13.3 x 46mm and while it is a bit on the larger size of what I prefer in a modern sense, this sizing informed my start in enthusiast dive watches and I think the case has a lovely square profile, a sporty silhouette, and who doesn't love that four o'clock Seiko crown?</br> These differ in the shape and size link of the logo, the fonts, the length of the indexes and so on.The size is spot on both in terms of wearability and its connection to the world of vintage watches: 36.6mm x 11.1mm is really elegant and easy to wear. On the bund, the character is obviously chunky, but put this guy on a simple calfskin strap and you can turn it into a highly functional dress watch. On the right strap, I'd wear it with a suit.From a product standpoint, the watches are clearly well thought out. The breadth of the collection allows more Movado collectors, art lovers, and watch enthusiasts the opportunity to interact with Derrick Adams's work should one or four of the images not speak to someone. The details are commendable from the patchwork leather straps, designed by Adams as well in tandem with the images on the dials, to the unique-to-this-collection packaging.</br>
